I have a friend who picked up a cat on a whim and has had litters and litters of kittens in his house ever since.  I am not much of an animal person and the thought of looking after an animal is less than desirable.  So sad to say these fish are the closest my kids will come to actually owning a pet.  You can feed them if you like.
  

I am uncomfortable with blogging while I am at work, mainly because my bosses frequent my blog. So I usually wait until the evening hours to key-in my random thoughts.  However, for some reason I haven't been able to connect to the internet via my laptop for over a week now, and my neighbor's wireless and password-less connection (my backup) isn't working either.   So meanwhile I have all of these random and might I add, useless topics building up until I am about to burst...all of which could probably make up a blog post in itself.  So here they come in a flurry!

Why do so many spa resorts have pictures of half naked people relaxing in the outdoors in their advertising?  Fitness Ridge is not your regular spa resort so it is not a good point of reference, but I highly doubt that many spa-goers are getting naked outdoors.  On the massage table, maybe.  But not outdoors.

Has anyone else felt that these NBA playoffs have not lived up to the hype?  After a very competitive regular season, the 2008 playoffs were being billed "the best ever" before they even started.  Can you say letdown?

Last Useless Topic
If you have acquaintances in another town and you happen to be visiting or staying in that same town for a weekend.  Do you feel obligated to see them or would you much rather sneak in and sneak out of town without being noticed?
